- "In Her Darkest
Hour"
-
- In her darkest hour, she sleeps with the comfort a teddy bear
- Long ago, it was a gift of a man she loved
- A love so strong, so deep, it brought no fear
- Until destiny turned the page and he moved
- Every night her tear soaked lips kiss his picture
- Praying, hoping, that somewhere in time he does the same
- Under her sorrow filled pillow she places the heart filled picture
- Dreaming dreams of passions, passions far from the sane
- She cries, she screams to God to know why
- Why must her pounding heart still beat without him?
- Why must her silent soaked eyes continue to cry?
- All she wants is to hold, to kiss, to touch, to make love to him
- But at this very moment of despair, God will shine a light into her shadow
- For unable to bear the unbearable, he stands outside her window
